1. Annual Leave
At Advertswork we promote a healthy holiday/work-life balance, where staff are entitled to 23 days holiday per annum (3 days must be taken over the Christmas period). An extra holiday day is accrued for every year, after your second year of employment*. An additional ½ day holiday is awarded on your birthday.

2. Working Times:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
Every third Friday you are entitled to leave 3pm*

3. Incentive Scheme
Staff at Advertswork are rewarded for a variety of achievements including length of service and exceptional standards of work behaviour. Points awarded are redeemable against prizes such as meals out, electrical items and holidays.

4. Events
We have two company events a year. Our summer event involves a team building fun barbeque. Our legendary Christmas party is the highlight of the year.

5. Introduction Bonus
Introduce a new member of staff and you will be rewarded £1000 bonus, on their 5th month of employment.

6. Reflexology / Indian Head Massage
Once a month a 20 minute session of Reflexology or Indian Head massage.
